Meet Doctor Jutta

We were delighted to welcome to Xinjiang Dr Jutta a dentist from Berlin. Jutta was able to help children from 2 orphanages with much needed dental treatment. She performed many fillings & extractions on children who had never before been to see a dentist. The children had a mixture of fear & fascination with Jutta?'s skills but many were so pleased to get rid of toothache that had plagued them for a long time. Jutta left all of the children with good toothbrushes & toothpaste. In one town, the local dentist was so moved by Jutta?'s act of kindness that to this day they are continuing to treat the orphan children for free.
